- รายการสินค้า ชนิด จำนวน ขนาดหรือข้อกำหนด ไฟล์โลโก้หรืออาร์ตเวิร์ก ประเทศและท่าเรือปลายทาง และวันที่ต้องการรับสินค้าYour list: products, quantities, sizes or specifications, logo or artwork files, destination country and port, and the date you need the goods
- ใบเสนอราคา ราคาตามเงื่อนไข Incoterms 2020 ที่เลือก เช่น FOB ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง หรือ CIF ท่าเรือปลายทาง พร้อมระยะเวลาผลิต การบรรจุ และเอกสารที่จะจัดส่งQuotation: the price on the Incoterms 2020 rule you choose, for example FOB Laem Chabang or CIF your port, with production time, packing and the documents to be supplied
- การผลิตหรือจัดหา ตามรายการและระยะเวลาที่ระบุในใบเสนอราคาProduction or sourcing: to the items and timetable stated in the quotation

ใบกำกับสินค้า (Commercial Invoice) ใบรายการบรรจุหีบห่อ (Packing List) ใบตราส่งสินค้าทางเรือ (Bill of Lading) หรือทางอากาศ (Air Waybill) และหนังสือรับรองถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้าเมื่อผู้ซื้อต้องการ สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้า บริษัทฯ จัดส่งเอกสารข้อมูลสินค้า ผลทดสอบ และใบรับรองเท่าที่ผู้ผลิตออกให้Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and a certificate of origin when the buyer needs one. For electrical products the company supplies the datasheets, test reports and certificates that the manufacturer issues.

สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ (ดูไบ อาบูดาบี) ท่าเรือที่ใช้บ่อยคือเจเบลอาลีในดูไบ และท่าเรือคาลิฟาในอาบูดาบี ระบบไฟฟ้า 230/400 โวลต์ 50 เฮิรตซ์ สินค้าบางประเภท เช่น สายไฟและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำ ต้องได้รับการรับรองจากกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง (MoIAT) ผู้นำเข้าควรตรวจสอบก่อนสั่งซื้อUnited Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi): the usual ports are Jebel Ali in Dubai and Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi. Mains supply is 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Some products, such as low-voltage cables and electrical products, need conformity certification from the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT); the importer should confirm this before ordering.

New connections are 230/400 V at 60 Hz (some older areas still use 127/220 V), unlike Thailand's 50 Hz, so state the voltage and frequency when you ask for a quotation for electrical products. Regulated products need certificates through the SABER platform, a product certificate and a shipment certificate, which the importer applies for.
มัลดีฟส์ สินค้าส่วนใหญ่เข้าทางท่าเรือพาณิชย์มาเล ซึ่งเริ่มย้ายบริการไปท่าเรือเกาะติลาฟูชิตั้งแต่ปลายปี 2569 การส่งต่อจากมาเลไปยังเกาะหรือรีสอร์ตเป็นไปตามที่ระบุในใบเสนอราคา ระบบไฟฟ้า 230 โวลต์ 50 เฮิรตซ์Maldives: most cargo enters through Malé Commercial Harbour, whose services began moving to Thilafushi in late 2026. Onward transfer from Malé to an island or resort follows what the quotation states. Mains supply is 230 V, 50 Hz.
